How do I sign up?

You can enter by making an account on the Gateway Sportspools website.

How do I register my mobile number?

When you enter your mobile number upon creating an account, you will get a text asking you to consent to promotions from Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited. Reply ‘yes’ to complete your mobile registration.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, just click on the ‘reset my password’ button on the login screen. You’ll be prompted to enter your email and from there will receive a link to enter a new password.

What kind of emails will you send me?

You will receive a Confirmation and Thank you Email with your Wallet Pass Download. You will also reveive any promotion related emails for your registered sportspool(s) and winner announcements.

How do I find my sportspool membership card & how do I download it?

If you did not already download your card from your confirmation email received on registration, you can always download your membership card by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen. You will then see the "Download your Mobile Wallet Membership Card" in your account details.
